Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring homes
- Deliver thorough, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ home search preferences
- Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
- Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
- Participate actively in team events and initiatives as required
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Analytical skills
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
- High school graduate
- Real estate license – must be willing to obtain
- Valid WA state license required to join the team (but not to apply)
