Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate closely with sales agents to assist clients in finding their perfect homes
- Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients' home search criteria
- Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
- Actively take part in team events and initiatives as needed
- Consistently engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Record all tasks and activities utilizing PLACE Technology tools
