Primary Purpose
NoCCCD is accepting applications for Office Support Staff for the President’s Office at Fullerton College!
Job Description
Serve as a professional liaison between the President’s Office and trustees, administrators, faculty, staff, students, community organizations, government agencies, and the public. Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive, urgent, and confidential matters with professionalism and tact. Respond to inquiries and requests for information while ensuring compliance with district procedures and confidentiality standards. Assist and support with campus and district events, executive functions, ceremonies, workshops, conferences and retreats, including scheduling, facilities coordination, catering, technology support, presentation materials, attendance tracking. Collaborate with internal departments, outside vendors, and community stakeholders to ensure successful event execution. Provide onsite administrative and operational support during meetings and events as needed. Assist with document control, data management, records tracking, and administrative compliance functions. Support office workflow and administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency and organization. Adapt quickly to changing priorities, operational needs, and executive requests. Independently manage projects, deadlines, calendars, and operational priorities. Support virtual meetings utilizing Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and display presentation.

- Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, faculty and staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with Executive-level administrative support practices and professional office operations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom.
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat and electronic document management systems.
- Knowledge of Principles of public interaction, professionalism, and executive office etiquette.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, operational needs, and executive requests.
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, ownership, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to diversity.

Working Conditions
- Fast-paced executive office environment requiring adaptability, professionalism, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions.
- Frequent interaction with executives, trustees, district leadership, faculty, staff, students, community members, and outside organizations.
- May require occasional evening and weekend support for board meetings, district functions, and special events.
- Ability to sit for extended periods; use computers and office equipment for prolonged durations; communicate effectively in person, virtually, and by telephone; move throughout office and event locations; lift and carry light to moderate office materials; and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with computer use.
Salary Range
Short-Term Hourly TE B: $22/hour
