Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose malfunctions or failures in agriculture equipment.
• Repair, replace, or rebuild engines, transmissions, carburetors, final drives, steering, clutches, cross shafts, hydraulic components (pumps, motors, valves), electrical systems, and air systems.
• Assist with pre-delivery setup and installation on all makes and models of John Deere equipment and allied products.
• Work alongside trained mechanics in a well-resourced shop to ensure accurate and timely equipment repairs, maximizing customer uptime.

Requirements

• 2+ years of working knowledge of small engines and agricultural equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, and air conditioning systems.
• Team-oriented personality with the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivation and assertiveness.
• Must provide own tools.

Pay

$26.98–$40.47 per hour, depending on experience.
