• Oversee the daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service in a fun and energetic environment
• Supervise barbers and staff
• Maintain shop cleanliness
• Create a relaxed atmosphere that keeps clients coming back
• Manage schedules
• Track inventory
• Implement marketing strategies to elevate the shop's presence in the community
• Lead regular team meetings to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
