Qualifications

• Years of experience in the horticultural industry
• Proven track record in sustainability initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sustainable materials and manufacturing processes
• Experience with horticultural containers and packaging
• Understanding of customer needs and expectations
