Warehouse/Shipping Associate

About the role

Summit Golf Brands (SGB) is a growing designer and distributor of premium golf apparel, trusted by more than 3,000 accounts across 25 countries. We are hiring a full‑time Warehouse and Shipping Associate to keep our operation moving and our product out the door on time. This is active, hands‑on work with a supportive team, steady hours, and real room to grow. No prior experience is required—bring a strong work ethic and a good attitude, and we will teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, ship, receive, and replenish inventory with care and accuracy.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments using scanners and warehouse software.
• Record shipment details such as weights, charges, and any discrepancies for reporting and tracking.
• Prepare shipping documents, including work orders and bills of lading.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve shortages, damages, or order questions.
• Keep shipping supplies well stocked and the workspace clean and organized.
• Move materials safely using a forklift, hand trucks, conveyors, and sorting equipment.

Requirements

• Comfort working in a busy environment, including mandatory Saturdays.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift, push, or pull 40–50 lb.
• Solid reading, writing, and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• 1 year of shipping or warehouse experience.
• Experience in the apparel industry.
• Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
