Responsibilities
- Makes sure all shipments are tracked and monitored for timely delivery.
- Works closely with national courier Account Managers to coordinate deliveries.
- Addresses and resolves delivery challenges like weather-related issues and exceptions.
- Monitors weather patterns to prevent delivery delays.
- Acts as a liaison between CareKinesis and national couriers.
- Prepares accurate invoices and credits according to client contracts and purchase orders.
- Coordinates return requests from PACE clients and assists in crediting orders.
- Participates in quality initiatives and follows company guidelines and regulations.
- Handles shipping requests and ensures clients have a positive experience.
- Collaborates with inventory supervisor to manage return packages and assist in crediting orders.
- Stays updated on training and best practices relevant to the role.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in shipping preferred.
- Experience working in a Pharmacy or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in proprietary and other pharmacy software, shipping and delivery platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis.
