Responsibilities
- Maintains close monitoring of all shipments to ensure timely delivery through internal and external tracking tools and dashboards.
- Counsels with national courier account managers to coordinate delivery logistics.
- Effectively addresses and resolves various delivery challenges such as weather-related issues and exceptions.
- Escalates any unresolved shipments or issues to supervisor.
- Maintains awareness of weather patterns across the United States to proactively mitigate delivery delays.
- Acts as a liaison between CareKinesis and various national couriers.
- Prepares accurate invoices and credits according to client contracts and purchase orders.
- Coordinates return requests from PACE clients and assists in return packages and crediting orders.
- Stays updated on training and best practices relevant to the role.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping preferred.
- Experience working in a Pharmacy or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to evaluate and analyze problems or tasks from multiple perspectives; adaptively employ problem-solving methods to find creative or novel solutions; and use logical, systematic, and sequential processes to solve problems.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient computer skills to navigate proprietary and other pharmacy software; shipping, delivery, and order management platforms (i.e. FedEx, UPS, TForce, TOMS, etc); as well as Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel and Sharepoint).
- Proficiencies include but are not limited to: Excel using quantitative analysis, charting, pivot tables, formulas/algorithms, and trend analysis.
