Job Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming orders and prioritize workload based on shipping schedules and customer requirements.
- Print and distribute daily sales orders for warehouse picking and shipping.
- Respond to customer service and sales inquiries regarding order status within operations.
- Generate and manage bills of lading (BOL’s) within Oracle Transportation Management System.
- Tender shipments to carriers and confirm acceptance or reassign as needed.
- Manage manual shipment entries, updates, and tender shipment within Oracle Transportation System.
- Ensure accurate carrier notifications and documentation for all outbound shipments.
- Support carrier scheduling, appointment coordination, and tracking updates.
- Provides backup and assistance to other warehouse functions during peak workload and absence coverage.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements in scheduling and operational workflows.
- Support reporting, data entry, analytics, and KPI’s.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or Logistics field preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years previous experience in or with warehouse processes and software systems, JDE, Oracle OTM, WMS.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of freight documents, shipping regulations, and billing terms.
Skills & Abilities
- Knowledgeable about physical and environmental demands: Sit for extended period of time, bend, squat down, and reach above your head, climb stairs and ladders, lift and carry up to 70 pounds.

- Pay Range: $20.40 - $37.80 Per Hour
