Position Summary McFarlane Aviation is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Invoicing Representative to help process and ship customer orders accurately and on time. This role is responsible for pulling and packaging parts, preparing shipping quotes, completing quality checks, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate part traceability while providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do Accurately locate and pull parts within the warehousePackage customer orders safely, accurately, and cost-effectivelyComplete shipping transactions and invoicing using inventory management systemsMaintain accurate part, lot, and shipment traceabilityProvide shipping and freight quotes for customer ordersCoordinate with freight carriers and assist with shipping-related questions or issuesCommunicate with customers regarding shipping needs and optionsPerform quality checks to help ensure orders are accurate before shipmentWork with Sales and Accounting to complete daily invoicing and financial closeout activitiesAssist with shipping claims and carrier late-delivery reportingSupport warehouse organization, inventory counts, stocking, and shipping supply maintenanceIdentify opportunities to improve shipping processes and overall efficiencyAssist with additional department projects and responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new softwareAbility to use handheld electronic devices and warehouse technologyProficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and qualityAbility to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environmentEffective time-management and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while also contributing to a teamDependable and committed to providing excellent customer service Education High school diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to climb ladders and reach overheadAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsAbility to maintain regular, reliable, and timely attendance Why McFarlane Aviation?
