Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load and unload outgoing and incoming truck shipments
- Receive incoming freight
- Maintain warehouse inventory
- Manage material movements
- Perform 10% inventory counts
- Provide shift coverage and overtime assistance
- Operate automated, computerized cutting machine for industrial fabrics
- Assist with the operation of the Cutting/Warehouse Specialist
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Manufacturing or Shipping/Receiving
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Basic knowledge of measurements (metric system preferred)
- Forklift/Hand truck experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Familiarity with computer use
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ year of experience in Manufacturing or Shipping/Receiving
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Basic knowledge of measurements (metric system a plus!)
- Forklift/Hand truck experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge
