Shipping & Receiving Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload outgoing and incoming truck shipments
• Receive incoming freight
• Maintain warehouse inventory
• Manage material movements
• Perform 10% inventory counts
• Provide shift coverage and overtime assistance
• Operate automated, computerized cutting machine for industrial fabrics
• Assist with the operation of the Cutting/Warehouse Specialist

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Manufacturing or Shipping/Receiving
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
• Basic knowledge of measurements (metric system preferred)
• Forklift/Hand truck experience
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Familiarity with computer use

Qualifications
