This full-time overnight position is responsible for shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory control, and maintaining an organized warehouse. Location: East Metro, MN. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM–8:30 AM (Third/Night shift). Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE). Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, STD, Life. Minimum Education Required: HS. Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 2-person team to manage and prioritize orders.
• Pick, pack, palletize, wrap, stage, and ship small parcel and LTL orders.
• Process shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
• Prepare and organize Bills of Lading (BOLs) for first shift.
• Receive Purchase Orders and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Perform cycle counts and correct inventory discrepancies.
• Unload containers, process backorders, and pick, pack, and stage products.
• Monitor inventory Alerts in Apprise and stock primary pick bins.
• Assist with warehouse projects and Work Orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, including sweeping, recycling, trash removal, and floor scrubbing.

Qualifications

• Fork Lift Operation experience preferred
• Previous Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, Or Inventory Experience Preferred
• Experience with shipping software or warehouse management systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials
• Minimum Education Required: HS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
