Shipping and Receiving Coordinator I

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the efficient flow of inventory and materials into and out of the Grantsville shop facilities.
• Safely load and unload delivery trucks.
• Transport and locate equipment and materials to required areas safely and efficiently.
• Stage or kit materials for production teams to increase production.
• Pack and kit materials for shipment to customers.
• Rig, lift, and transport materials in accordance with company safety standards.
• Transport and deliver materials to customer sites and company locations as required.

Requirements

• A strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
• Solid organizational skills.
• A working knowledge of Pillar Innovations’ products and services.
• Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours, including overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify as a DOT Operator 10.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A preferred but not required.
• Certified or ability to be certified in the operation of forklifts, telehandlers, manlifts, yard trucks, overhead cranes, etc.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing work assignments.
