Shipping & Receiving - 1st Shift (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify counts on all incoming shipments.
• Prepare all necessary paperwork for distribution of materials throughout the plant.
• Enter all incoming deliveries into the Solomon system.
• File all purchase orders and balances on purchase orders.
• Fill out all requisitions for departments.
• Perform bending and lifting of various weights.
• Maintain good housekeeping in dock, storage areas, and equipment use.
• Follow all plant safety rules.

Qualifications

• Clerical ability required.
• Ability to operate several vehicles including material handling (training is provided; tow motor included).
• Verifiable clean driving record.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license.
• Must be able to work flexible hours with minimal supervision.
• Self-starter a plus.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly.
