Key Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly, professional greeting and assist customers with parts inquiries, orders, and purchases.
- Answer phones and communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Check stock availability, identify correct parts, and fulfill orders quickly and accurately.
- Cook with the service department to support vehicle repair and maintenance needs.
- Process invoices, payments, returns, and warranties accurately.
Shipping, Receiving & Inventory
- Receive, unpack, inspect, and store incoming parts shipments in proper locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory through binning, stocking, and perpetual inventory tracking.
- Absist with routine audits and annual physical inventories.
- Notify management of any damaged goods or discrepancies.
Logistics & Operational Support
- Prepare, pull, and deliver parts to technicians and customers as needed.
- Support delivery operations including maintaining delivery schedules and logs.
- Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and professional in appearance.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean delivery vehicle when applicable.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
- Basic math skills for invoicing, inventory, and transactions.
- Automotive parts knowledge preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Frequent reaching, bending, and handling of parts and materials.

Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
