About the role

Assist with various tasks including acting as a parts representative, sourcing parts, taking phone orders, providing quotes, ordering parts, assisting with inventory control, coordinating parts transfers between branches, supporting sales reps, and handling shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

  • Take phone orders from customers
  • Provide parts quotes to customers
  • Order parts for stock
  • Aid in inventory control
  • Work with dispatchers to transfer parts stock between branches
  • Support Bailey Company sales reps with quoting and provide pricing
  • Assist with shipping and receiving
  • Deliver parts to customers or between branches
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Support all sectors of the Bailey Company

Qualifications

  • High school education (minimum)
  • Computer literacy (willingness and ability to work with new computer programs)
  • Customer Service (ability to interact with customers in person and over the telephone, willingness to observe proper phone etiquette/manners)
  • Ability to work well with co-workers

Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
