About the role
Assist with various tasks including acting as a parts representative, sourcing parts, taking phone orders, providing quotes, ordering parts, assisting with inventory control, coordinating parts transfers between branches, supporting sales reps, and handling shipping and receiving.
Responsibilities
- Take phone orders from customers
- Provide parts quotes to customers
- Order parts for stock
- Aid in inventory control
- Work with dispatchers to transfer parts stock between branches
- Support Bailey Company sales reps with quoting and provide pricing
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Deliver parts to customers or between branches
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Support all sectors of the Bailey Company
Qualifications
- High school education (minimum)
- Computer literacy (willingness and ability to work with new computer programs)
- Customer Service (ability to interact with customers in person and over the telephone, willingness to observe proper phone etiquette/manners)
- Ability to work well with co-workers
Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
