About the role
You will prepare, package, label, and stage products for shipment, ensuring customer orders are packed accurately, safely, and on time while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Package products according to shipping requirements and customer specifications.
- Inspect materials and finished goods for quality before shipment.
- Label, palletize, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipments.
- Verify quantities, part numbers, and shipping documentation.
- Safely handle materials and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory accuracy and cycle count activities as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet shipping schedules and customer deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, shipping, packing, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform continuous physical work throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to read work orders, shipping labels, and packing instructions.
- Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or shipping systems preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
