Shipping - Packer

About the role

You will prepare, package, label, and stage products for shipment, ensuring customer orders are packed accurately, safely, and on time while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Package products according to shipping requirements and customer specifications.
• Inspect materials and finished goods for quality before shipment.
• Label, palletize, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipments.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and shipping documentation.
• Safely handle materials and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and cycle count activities as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet shipping schedules and customer deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, shipping, packing, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform continuous physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to read work orders, shipping labels, and packing instructions.
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or shipping systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
