Nightforce Optics is growing, and we are looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure our products reach customers accurately, efficiently, and on time. From preparing shipments to coordinating deliveries and supporting order inquiries, you will play an important part in delivering the quality and service our customers expect from Nightforce. Location: Orofino, ID Shift: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday Purpose Of The Role This position is responsible for processing orders and receiving shipments on a daily basis. Includes final inspections, packaging and shipping goods, scheduling transportation for shipments, and utilizing our internal software application. This position also provides customer service, as needed, for order inquiries. Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning and working knowledge of subject matter. Focuses more on a single specialty within the shipping department.
