About the role
This position may require access to information, technology, or materials subject to U.S. export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Any offer of employment will be contingent upon TT Electronics' review of the candidate's eligibility to access export-controlled information in accordance with applicable law.
We are seeking a Shipping Clerk/Material Handler to support our Stockroom operations, with a primary focus on preparing and processing finished goods for shipment. This role ensures products are accurately pulled, packed, labeled, documented, and prepared for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and traceability. The position will also cross-train and provide support in other Material Handler functions, including receiving, kitting, cycle counting, and general stockroom activities.
Responsibilities
- Receive and stage finished goods; ensure proper packing and labeling for shipment.
- Pull finished goods for shipment while following FIFO and traceability requirements for lot/date codes and serial numbers.
- Reconcile WIP-to-finished-goods transactions, packing lists, and production travelers.
- Investigate and resolve inventory or shipping discrepancies.
- Use pallet jacks to maneuver and wrap skids for shipment of larger products.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions and stockroom locations.
- Support receiving, kitting, cycle counting, material movement, and other Stockroom functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal procedures and work instructions.
- Demonstrated productivity and consistency in performing repetitive tasks.
- Working knowledge of quality practices and procedures.
- Proficient computer skills with the aptitude and willingness to learn additional systems as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to use a pallet jack to maneuver and wrap skids for shipment of larger products.
- Must be able to work the hours necessary to meet daily production and shipping requirements.
- Must be able to work in varying environmental conditions and temperatures.

Qualifications
- GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.
- 2-3 years of related shipping, warehouse, stockroom, material handling, or similar experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
