About the role

If you enjoy staying organized, working hands-on, and being a key part of getting products where they need to go, this role is for you. As a Shipping Clerk, you'll play a vital role in keeping operations moving efficiently—from receiving parts to ensuring on-time shipments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check-in, and organize production parts, ensuring everything is in the right place
• Prepare, package, and ship orders accurately and on time
• Process incoming freight and maintain proper documentation
• Enter and manage shipping/receiving data in computer systems
• Operate a forklift to move, store, and stage materials safely
• Help with walk-in customers
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with 5S Standards
• Pitch in where needed—because teamwork drives success

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting mindset
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other equipment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and varying weather conditions
