About the role
FirstSpear is establishing the VANGUARD Specialist Program and has appointed Prime Hall as the program manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement specialized training programs for VANGUARD specialists.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for new VANGUARD specialists.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and operational protocols.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to VANGUARD specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., military science, psychology, or related).
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles within the defense industry.
- Proven track record in developing and managing specialized training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Active U.S. Citizenship.
- Clearances at the Secret level or higher.
- Experience with K9 units and operations.
