SHIPPING - CLERK

Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies. Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products. Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.

Responsibilities

• Process all shipping paperwork
• Coordinate with TM(s) to report and identify all shipments and types of shipments going out daily
• Research inventory issues and correct inventory in PeopleSoft
• Print and process orders
• Prepare LTL shipments
• Check in and sign out drivers
• File paperwork
• Update Chep pallets shipped out through the Chep web site
• Send emails about issues with shipments
• Monitor emails about changes to shipments
• Communicate with the QC lab about held product
• Create BOL for shipments transferring to Kansas
• Receive in product coming from vendors
• Monitor inventory errors in PeopleSoft
