Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Safely operate industrial forklifts, scissor lifts, and other material-handling equipment
- Monitor production processes to ensure the correct supplies are utilized for assigned orders
- Coordination with dedicated carriers
- Accurately verify, record, and maintain inventory, material counts, tags, and production records
- Prepare materials and equipment for product changeovers, clean-ups, and production line setups
- Follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate documentation to support operational efficiency and compliance
- Adhere to all company safety, environmental, and regulatory policies, procedures, and standards
- Identify workplace safety and environmental risks and take appropriate actions to help mitigate them
What are we looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operating environment preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with basic mathematical skills; ability to apply operational procedures
- Forklift certification (considered a plus)
- Beneficial Scissor lift certification
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to meet WorkKeys requirements:
- Applied Math (Lvl 3)
- Workplace Documents (Lvl 3)
- Graphic Literacy (Lvl 3)
- Ability to perform physical job duties including walking, climbing, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working heights of up to 25 feet
