Responsibilities
- Prepare Shipments
- Utilize MEDWMS scanners for pick/pack of customer orders as needed
- Ensure proper packaging and documentation for Hazardous materials
- Monitor all validated shipments and coordinate with Team Leads
- Adequate PPE maintenance at all times according to procedure
- Adhere to all cGMPs, practice safe work methods
- Collapse all shipping activities with the Shipping Team Leads
- Complete picking/packing processes with quality and accuracy to ensure order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a warehouse environment, shipping experience in chemical/pharmaceutical or regulated environment is an asset
- Accountable, dependable, team player with great communications skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Knowledge of SYSPRO/MEDWMS an asset
- Experience with FEDEX/UPS software an asset
- Certification in DOT/IATA an asset
