Shipping and Loading Associate

About the role

As a shipping and loading associate at Steinhafels Furniture's New Berlin Bedding Factory, you will work alongside your team to load semi-trailers with finished merchandise. This is a first shift position from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload semi-trailers with finished merchandise
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations
• Frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs required
• Additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs required
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Add value in multiple areas of the factory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse or similar setting preferred
• Strong physical fitness level
