Loading/Shipping Associate

Summary

The primary function of this position is to safely and effectively work in a team of 3-4 following shipping instructions to hand load sections, track, hardware etc. into the appropriate trailers.

Essential Duties

• Know all the products associated with an order
• Find correct orders and transfer to trailer staging area
• Pre-pull product (E.g., springs, track, struts, vinyl)
• Use safe lifting/loading procedures to manually load product onto trailers
• Use hand/power tools when needed

Education and Experience

• High School or GED required, and 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred or;
• An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.
