Shipper (Temp conversion)

As a Shipper, you will play an important part of the Outbound team by ensuring all outbound shipments are processed according to client and customer needs. This position involves frequently lifting and moving boxes from 20–50 lbs. and wrapping pallets throughout the shift. You’ll work with products from clients heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outbound products are loaded and shipped according to assigned carrier.
• Generate and apply custom retailer carton labels in the correct position.
• Use and navigate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ship orders.
• Consolidate shipment requirements based on customer requests.
• Follow NRI safety rules, procedures, security protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Maintain work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements

• 6+ months of prior warehouse experience (shipping department experience a plus).
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, working at heights, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Trustworthy and moral character (pre-employment background and drug tests are required).

Pay

$20.00 per hour.

Schedule

PM Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm.
