Shipper/Receiver - 2nd shift

About the role

As a Material Handler, you will serve as the operational backbone of our warehouse, maintaining inventory accuracy, moving raw and finished materials, and keeping our production lines running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and transfer raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across shipping, receiving, and production areas using material handling equipment.
• Complete transactions in our Inventory Management System (MFGPro), conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Deliver supplies to production, manage rack/drum inventories, and support 5S housekeeping and recycling initiatives.
• Adhere to safety protocols, proactively report hazards, and coordinate with shift teams to optimize workflow.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of relevant manufacturing/warehouse experience.
• Experience operating material handling equipment and utilizing inventory software (MFGPro preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to work overtime and adapt quickly to shifting daily priorities.

Pay

Starting pay: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential.

Schedule

B Shift, 1:00pm-9:00pm Monday through Friday.
