About the role
The Shift Supervisor provides onsite leadership within a VA HCHV program serving Veterans experiencing homelessness. This role is responsible for shift oversight, incident management, staff guidance, and ensuring compliance with VA and program standards.

- Responsible for shift oversight, incident management, staff guidance, and ensuring compliance with VA and program standards.
- Serves as the lead staff person during assigned shifts.
- Ensures a safe, low-barrier, trauma-informed environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in Human Services field
- 1-3 years' supervisory/management experience
- Computer skills
