    The Shift Supervisor provides onsite leadership within a VA HCHV program serving Veterans experiencing homelessness. This role is responsible for shift oversight, incident management, staff guidance, and ensuring compliance with VA and program standards.

    The position ensures a safe, low-barrier, trauma-informed environment and serves as the lead staff person during assigned shifts.
