About the role

The Shift Supervisor provides onsite leadership within a VA HCHV program serving Veterans experiencing homelessness. This role is responsible for shift oversight, incident management, staff guidance, and ensuring compliance with VA and program standards.

• Provides onsite leadership within a VA HCHV program serving Veterans experiencing homelessness.
• Responsible for shift oversight, incident management, staff guidance, and ensuring compliance with VA and program standards.
• Serves as the lead staff person during assigned shifts.
• Ensures a safe, low-barrier, trauma-informed environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years' experience in Human Services field
• 1-3 years' supervisory/management experience
• Computer skills
