About the Role

This position involves operating all equipment, managing ingredient stock and rotation from delivery to storage and work areas, and preparing products. You will handle telephone and internet orders, maintain inventory, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure equipment and facility cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment required for the role
• Stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage, work areas, and walk-in cooler
• Prepare products according to guidelines
• Receive and process telephone and internet orders
• Count inventory and complete related paperwork
• Clean equipment and maintain facility cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service, both verbally and in writing
• Safely drive your own vehicle for deliveries, navigating roads, maps, and varying delivery site conditions, including stairs and adverse terrain while carrying products
• Perform accurate arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) to handle monetary transactions and make correct change (calculator use permitted)

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as required
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, stoop, bend, crouch, and squat
• Reach and grasp with hands to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids
• Tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and conditions, both indoors and outdoors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers
• Safe driving skills and ability to navigate using maps and handle adverse delivery conditions
• Basic math skills for accurate monetary transactions
