About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, enforcing McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Enforce McDonald’s standards and policies.
• Monitor safety and security measures.
• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet and exceed targets set for the shift.
• Support and guide the team in achieving departmental goals.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
• Must be 18 years or older.
