Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

- Communicate effectively with the next shift manager.
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and crew.
- Train and supervise staff.

Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.

- Must be 18 years or older.
