Shift Manager! - Up to $19/hr PLUS Bi-Weekly BONUS!

About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They are responsible for planning each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure team meets McDonald’s standards and targets.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Train and manage crew members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and food production.
• Handle food safety, internal communication, and scheduling.

Requirements

• Dependable, flexible availability.
• Team player with a passion for the fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Qualifications
