Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Monitor performance during the shift and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
- Maintain safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift.
- Meet targets during your shift and assist in meeting department goals.
- Manage inventory, food production, and daily maintenance and cleanliness.
- Train new employees and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and a passion for working in the McDonald’s environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to manage for HHF Inc.
Qualifications
Education through Archways to Opportunity includes opportunities to earn a High School degree, college tuition assistance, and English classes as a second language.
