Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor performance, manage inventory, ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness, and train the team.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift and help them run a great shift.
• Meet targets and help departments achieve their goals.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, and safety/security.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Pay

• Shift Managers earn from $19 to $24 per hour depending upon experience and shift.
• General Managers earn $62,000 per year or higher plus up to $14,000 per year in bonus, fully paid medical insurance, and two weeks paid vacation to start.
