Shift Manager Up to $19/hr

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Ensure the team meets McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during your shift and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Manage inventory, food production, and daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Train new employees as needed.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and a passion for working in the McDonald’s environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old to manage HHF Inc. restaurants.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Education through Archways to Opportunity, including opportunities to earn a high school degree, college tuition assistance, and English classes as a second language are available.
