Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Monitor performance, manage inventory, ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness, and train the team.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
- Meet targets and help assigned Departments achieve their goals.
- Manage crew and handle exceptions, safety, and security issues.
- Perform various tasks such as food safety, internal communication, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
- Passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions.
