About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensures guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance
• Serves as the primary point of contact for guests and employees
• Supervises restaurant employees and provides feedback and coaching
• Manages inventory and food preparation to ensure efficient operations
• Oversees the cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant
• Collaborates with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
