About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to, greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring food quality and presentation.
• Supervises restaurant employees, providing guidance and feedback to improve their performance.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manages inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant.
• Works closely with the Assistant Manager or General Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED.
• Valid driver's license required.

Pay
