Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, and safety and security.
• Train crew members.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
