Shift Manager $13 hourly pay

Responsibilities

• Oversight of shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Leadership of Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Supervision of food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Effective communication with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift.
• Achievement of targets during shifts and support for departmental goals.
• Monitoring of safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Management of Crew schedules and encouragement of high performance.
• Exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Training of new team members on critical job functions.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
