Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and crew schedules.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
- Meet and exceed targets set for the shift.
- Support departments in achieving their goals.
- Handle food safety, internal communication, and safety/security issues.
- Train new employees and enhance existing skills.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Must be 18 years or older.
