Responsibilities
- Leading shifts to deliver a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Making sure the team meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitoring safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Communicating with the next shift manager to prepare them for their shift
- Meeting targets set for the shift and supporting departmental goals
- Ensuring food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
- Managing the crew and overseeing quality food production
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining safety and security
- Scheduling staff and managing their availability
- Training new and existing employees
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage a team and handle administrative tasks
- Flexible schedule and a passion for working in the McDonald’s environment
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
