About the role

Responsibilities

  • Leading shifts to deliver a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
  • Making sure the team meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Monitoring safety, security, and profitability during shifts
  • Communicating with the next shift manager to prepare them for their shift
  • Meeting targets set for the shift and supporting departmental goals
  • Ensuring food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
  • Managing the crew and overseeing quality food production
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining safety and security
  • Scheduling staff and managing their availability
  • Training new and existing employees

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage a team and handle administrative tasks
  • Flexible schedule and a passion for working in the McDonald’s environment
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
