Opportunity
Shift Managers are the operational leaders responsible for driving our business daily. As Manager-on-Duty, you will be accountable for driving onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy developing people, and are seeking a clear pathway into higher-level operational leadership.
What You'll Do
Lead Operations: Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
Serve as Manager-on-Duty: Resolve guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
Ensure smooth shift transitions: Communicate clearly and follow through.
Execute opening and closing procedures: Maintain operational readiness.
Coach and Develop Teams: Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards.
Support training completion: Promote a culture of engagement and accountability.
Rotational Leadership Focus Areas
People & Staffing Leadership: Scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training compliance.
Sales & Training Leadership: Team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gaps.
Operations & Tunnel Leadership: Site cleanliness, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance coordination, and lot organization.
What We're Looking For
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience
Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results
High integrity and professionalism
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style
