About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Maintain inventory levels and manage daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
- Help departments meet their goals and targets during shifts
- Manage crew and handle scheduling
- Train new and existing staff
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job
- Must be 18 years or older
