Shift Manager

Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Monitor performance during the shift, take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards, and manage safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her for the following shift.
• Meet targets during your shift and assist in meeting Department goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage crew effectively.
• Perform food safety checks.
• Manage scheduling and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun while working.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply for management positions.
