Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met.
• Monitor team performance and take action to maintain McDonald’s standards.
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions.
• Help assigned departments meet goals and targets.
• Manage tasks such as food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, and crew training.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Assist with scheduling and staff development.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Flexible schedule and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive team player with a passion for delivering great service.
